ICC Confirms Star-Studded Commentary Line-Up For T20 World Cup

The ICC on Friday named the commentary panel for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, combining veteran broadcasters and recently retired players for a unified world feed across all 55 matches in India and Sri Lanka.

Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, and Ian Bishop sit at the centre of the broadcast team, supported by former T20 World Cup winners including Aaron Finch, Dinesh Karthik, Kumar Sangakkara, Samuel Badree, Robin Uthappa, and Carlos Brathwaite. Their presence gives the T20 World Cup commentary panel a balance of tactical depth and first-hand tournament memory.

Several active and recently retired internationals will rotate through the microphones. South Africa captain Temba Bavuma is set for select appearances, and Angelo Mathews from Sri Lanka also joins the expert group.
