Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus won the toss in Delhi and elected to bowl first against India. India skipper Suryakumar Yadav conducted the toss, but Erasmus called it correctly and opted to field. Namibia will aim for early breakthroughs to put pressure on India’s top order, while India will look to build a strong total on home soil.
Considering India’s form and batting depth, they are the favorites to post a competitive score and control the game. If the top order fires, India looks likely to secure a comfortable win, but Namibia could create surprises with early wickets.
